The Business Service Level is for customers with
any size of business in the small/medium sector that would prefer
to have a long term optimised I.T. service delivery.
We initially catalogue the state of your I.T. set
up via an I.T. Health Check and
and establish a clear understanding with you of your business plan.
Then, using this information we prepare, review and agree a plan
for your I.T. and/or management systems (up to 5 years ahead) moving
you to the most optimised state.
This typically focuses first on the near term solutions
to existing problems and short term expansion and upgrade requirements.
Then the medium and longer term plans will be executed phasing in
changes that best support your growth and maintain your business
optimisation.
The plans are flexible and move with your business
needs. By establishing the longer term plans we allow you to understand
your I.T. budget with confidence and provide for the most productive
I.T. and management set up to keep you at your competitive edge.
Our standard contracts run from 2 to 5 years.
