SERVICE LEVELS

We provide three categories of service level to suit the size of your business or complexity of work.

Our aim is to ensure that we achieve the highest quality of delivery at all times but do not engage unnecessary levels of management overhead where it's not necessary, thereby keeping your costs to a minimum.

 

This service typically supports tasks that do not warrant the complexity or overhead of large scale planning and project management. Examples of services that fall into this range would be the delivery of standard Information Websites, smaller business I.T. Health Checks or the smaller upgrades to your existing I.T. set up.

 

Engaged for Project sized jobs this level covers anything from basic planning, reporting and control to full scale Lifecycle Management including:

  • Detailed Requirements Capture and Analysis
  • Design
  • Implementation
  • Functional Test
  • Systems Test
  • Beta trials
  • Post Installation Support.
  • Full Earned Value Project Management Tracking and reporting.

The extent of the management required is usually determined during the initial scoping of the task.

 

The Business Service Level is the pinnacle service we provide. Unlike the Task or Project level services it is not based on size of work involved. It's the most cost effective and productive to your business. It's the one we urge all our customers to engage...

The Business Service Level is for customers with any size of business in the small/medium sector that would prefer to have a long term optimised I.T. service delivery.

We initially catalogue the state of your I.T. set up via an I.T. Health Check and and establish a clear understanding with you of your business plan. Then, using this information we prepare, review and agree a plan for your I.T. and/or management systems (up to 5 years ahead) moving you to the most optimised state.

This typically focuses first on the near term solutions to existing problems and short term expansion and upgrade requirements. Then the medium and longer term plans will be executed phasing in changes that best support your growth and maintain your business optimisation.

The plans are flexible and move with your business needs. By establishing the longer term plans we allow you to understand your I.T. budget with confidence and provide for the most productive I.T. and management set up to keep you at your competitive edge.

Our standard contracts run from 2 to 5 years.
